or apartment in Daventry, Rugby, Towcester and Northampton
Our physical office and our core business is in Daventry, but we are always open to working with the right people to enable us to expand and cover other areas.
We would be interested in hearing from motivated, self-starting individuals who would like to work with us in these areas as a self-employed associate with an equity stake. You would initially be working from home until we had a critical mass of managed properties in the area and then, subject to fee income, we would consider opening an office to enable you to build on what you had already created.
You would be working for yourself but not by yourself, as full training and support would be provided.
We would also like to speak with existing small letting agencies who may be interested in partnering with us (to reduce their overheads and admin time) or any agents who are considering retiring or selling their business.
